Lori Anderson: Location Manager
Lori attended 2 years at WSU. She began her career with CHS (then Full Circle) working at the Royal Camp farm store in 1989. She has taken on many roles within the Bruce group over the years, most recently becoming the location manager in 2007. Lori is married to Rick, she has one daughter, three stepsons and four grandchildren.
Sergio Gonzalez: Operations Manager
Sergio graduated from Othello High School. He is called Willie by his friends and co-workers. He has his CDL and pesticides licenses. He has been with the company since February of 2000 and became operation manager January of 2014. He is married to Rosie and they have two boys and one daughter.
Doug Dickson: Doug has been with CHS since 1999. He has a degree in Agribusiness from WSU. Doug has two daughters. Main crops: wheat, corn, alfalfa, timothy, beans and peas
Kyle Bauer: Kyle has been with CHS since 2007. He was raised on a family farm outside of Ritzville. He attended WSU where he received a BS in Agronomy Technology & Management. He has worked in the the agronomy chemical and fertilizer industry since 2000. WSDA licenced, also carries a CDL Class A HazMat license Main crops: Potatoes, wheat, corn, mint, alfalfa, timothy, beans, onions
Lester Mehrer: Lester started with CHS INC in 2007. Born and raised on an irrigated farm in Prosser, he has managed the largest privately owned research facility in the PNW, worked as a crop consultant for a competing company, owned and manage a pesticide consulting and contracting company, and was a Research Tech for WSU. He has over 25 yrs experience in the agriculture and pesticide industry and has worked with most major and minor crops. Lester has been married to his wife Melissa since 1987 and has two children and seven grandchildren. Main crops: Corn, triticale, alfalfa, wheat, timothy, grass seed, and beans
Phil Leitz: Phil started in Mattawa in 1991. He currently works out of the Bruce and Royal locations. Phil earned a Bachelor of Arts from Eastern WA University. Main Crops: Alfalfa, corn, mint, wheat, timothy
